Shipping Policy
All items ship from Hamilton, Ontario using Canada Post.
Purchases typically ship within one business day unless purchased at the end of our work week.

String subscriptions ship on the last Monday of each month.
We use Canada Post letter mail for string purchases to keep your cost low.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window
All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.
